BAVRE™
Whether you are unsure as to how an opening will look in a new wall, or how a new dwelling will interact within its surroundings, our BAVRE™ service is tailored to suit your needs by delivering a 1:1 scale 3D model of your proposal which can be viewed through our professional virtual reality headsets.
This system has been developed from years of experience interacting with clients both domestic and commercial, where there is often one party involved that struggles to work with 2D drawings. 3D visuals have been around for some time, but are often charged as an additional piece of work and still are unable, in our view, to convey the scale and proportions of a space. We have therefore worked to narrow down the best technologies and software to deliver our clients with a usable, 1:1 scale 3D model at no additional cost as it is integrated right from the start. It really is quite something!
Our Process
Concept Designs
Our team specializes in creating innovative and functional concept designs tailored to each client's unique vision. With the use of our BAVRE™ system we prioritize creativity and functionality to bring our clients' ideas to life.
Planning Permission
Following sign off of your preferred design, we handle all the necessary drawings, applications, and compliance requirements to seek the necessary planning permission, providing our clients with peace of mind throughout the process.
Building Regulations
With planning permission in place, we develop technical drawings and specifications to seek conditional approval from the local authority Building Control. We work with a range of specialists from Structural Engineers to SAP assessors to develop this pack of information for the building inspector.
Tender and Construction Support
Bowden Architecture has links to all levels of skilled trades across the South West meaning we have contractors who we can recommend. Once a contractor is chosen, we are able to populate and manage the construction contract throughout the build.
